Terms And Conditions
A SAP Party & Limo Bus Service asks your cooperation with the following:
All State and Federal Laws are enforced while riding in our vehicles. A SAP will not be responsible for any injuries that may occur due to horseplay while the vehicle is in motion, at a standstill or entering or exiting the vehicle. The purchaser on this contract is responsible for his or her guests. There is NO SMOKING on our vehicles. At no time is there standing on the seats, no hanging, swinging or pulling on any of the rails.
At the Chauffeur’s discretion, the purchaser agrees to be fully liable for all charges that may incur.
1) $25.00 per broken glassware, $45.00 per damaged or lost CD/DVD Initials_____
2) $150.00 per minimum for extensive cleanup (spills, etc) Initials_____
3) $200.00 shampoo and disinfecting (due to sickness) Initials_____
4) $225.00 minimum for each rip or tear to upholstery Initials_____
5) $175.00 minimum for each act of vandalism Initials_____
6) Triple charge of above listed amounts for all removed/stolen items Initials_____

A SAP is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items. A SAP reserves the right to terminate this or any other contract for noncompliance of the above terms and conditions, especially if the renters do not follow the Chauffeurs request to follow the rules. All deposits (cash or credit card) are non-refundable; the deposit is equal to one hour of rental time. An active credit card must be on file to insure against damages. The full amount of the fair is due at the first pickup. The renter is responsible for the payment of the full amount. If paying by credit card for the full fair, the card will be charged the day before to ensure the payment is authorized.
A SAP cannot guarantee the availability of overtime. The jobs are priced for immediate pick up/drop-off, no wait time is included. Overtime rates are based on the hourly rate, if you go over for anything up to a half/hour then one half/hour will be charged. Any thing over that time will be charged an extra hour. A SAP shall not be held responsible for late arrival caused by (but not limited to) act of nature, traffic delays, incorrect pickup and drop-off information, and any situation beyond our control. If the rental is to be for a minor under the age of 18, this agreement must be signed by either a parent or legal guardian over the age of 18, and that person will be responsible for the obligations of this contract.
The purchaser agrees to pay A SAP Party & Limo Bus Service for all fees regarding this contract. I am satisfied with the terms and conditions above and fully understand and agree.
